Delete your Russian4Arab account
You may request deletion of your Russian4Arab account and associated online account data.
Delete your account inside the app
- Open Russian4Arab.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Read the deletion warning.
- Confirm the deletion when requested.
After successful deletion, you will be signed out.
Account deletion is permanent and may not be reversible.
Request deletion from the web
If you cannot access Russian4Arab, use the deletion-request contact option on this page or contact: Email: [email protected]
Where possible, send the request from the email address associated with your Russian4Arab account. In your message, state: “I want to delete my Russian4Arab account and associated data.”
You may also provide your account email address or User ID if available. Never send us your password, verification code, or authentication credentials. We may ask for reasonable information necessary to verify that you control the account before processing a web-based deletion request.
What online data is deleted?
When account deletion is successfully processed, online data associated with the account may include:
- Firebase authentication account.
- Name and profile information stored by Russian4Arab.
- Profile image stored by Russian4Arab, where applicable.
- Online learning progress.
- Lesson and skill progress.
- Quiz results and learning activity.
- Flashcard activity.
- Saved learning items.
- Points and reward history.
- Account-linked achievements and content unlocks.
- Level-access entitlements.
- Ad-Free benefits.
- Skill-access records.
- Notification tokens associated with the account.
- Account-link records associated with supported commerce websites.
- Other account-owned online data where applicable.
Smart Tutor, WordPress, and Google Sheets data
Normal Smart Tutor question analytics are generally stored by question and context and are not automatically tied to your Firebase User ID or account email. If a question contains no identifying information, it may not be possible to determine that it belongs to a specific account.
If you submitted a manual-answer request using your email address, you may request deletion of identifiable Tutor request records under our control. After reasonable verification, we will remove identifiable active records we can associate with you from the Russian4Arab WordPress Tutor data and corresponding synchronized Google Sheets records, subject to any limited retention that is legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or dispute resolution.
External purchase and commerce records
Deleting your Russian4Arab account may remove account links and access entitlements associated with that account. However, deleting your Russian4Arab account does not necessarily delete external commercial records held by the website where a purchase was made.
Records such as invoices, order records, payment confirmations, refund or dispute records, fraud-prevention records, or legally required accounting records may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
What may be retained?
Limited information may be retained only where reasonably necessary or legally required for purposes such as security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, compliance with legal obligations, and resolving disputes or enforcing applicable terms. Any information retained for these purposes is not used to continue an active Russian4Arab learning profile.
Local data stored on your device
Some Russian4Arab features may store data locally on your device rather than in your online account. This may include custom meals, recipes, ingredients, cooking instructions, meal plans, meal-plan selections, shopping-list information, certain application settings and preferences, and temporary cached data.
Deleting your Russian4Arab online account does not necessarily delete data that remains only on your device. To remove local data, you may delete relevant content inside the application where a deletion option is available, clear Russian4Arab app data through device settings, or uninstall Russian4Arab.
Before deleting your account
- Account deletion is permanent.
- Your online learning progress may be permanently removed.
- Your points and account-linked rewards may be permanently removed.
- Your level-access entitlements may be permanently removed.
- Your Ad-Free benefit may be permanently removed.
- Your skill-access and achievement records may be permanently removed.
- Deleted account information may not be recoverable.
- Local information stored on your device may need to be removed separately.

- صلاحيات الوصول إلى المستويات.
- مزايا إزالة الإعلانات.

- رموز الإشعارات المرتبطة بالحساب.
- سجلات ربط الحساب مع مواقع التجارة المدعومة.
- أي بيانات إلكترونية أخرى مملوكة للحساب حيثما ينطبق.
بيانات المعلم الذكي وWordPress وGoogle Sheets
تُخزن تحليلات الأسئلة العادية في المعلم الذكي عادةً حسب السؤال وسياقه ولا ترتبط تلقائيًا بمعرّف Firebase أو البريد الإلكتروني لحسابك. وإذا لم يتضمن السؤال أي معلومات تعريفية، فقد لا يكون من الممكن تحديد أنه يعود إلى حساب معين.
إذا أرسلت طلب إجابة يدوية باستخدام بريدك الإلكتروني، فيمكنك طلب حذف سجلات طلبات المعلم الذكي القابلة للتعريف والخاضعة لسيطرتنا. وبعد التحقق بصورة معقولة، سنحذف السجلات النشطة القابلة للتعريف التي يمكننا ربطها بك من بيانات المعلم الذكي في WordPress والنسخ المقابلة المتزامنة في Google Sheets، مع مراعاة أي احتفاظ محدود يكون مطلوبًا قانونيًا أو ضروريًا بشكل معقول للأمان أو منع الاحتيال أو منع الإساءة أو حل النزاعات.
سجلات المشتريات والتجارة الخارجية

- قد تتم إزالة تقدم التعلّم عبر الإنترنت بشكل دائم.
- قد تتم إزالة نقاطك ومكافآتك المرتبطة بالحساب بشكل دائم.
- قد تتم إزالة صلاحيات الوصول إلى المستويات بشكل دائم.
- قد تتم إزالة ميزة إزالة الإعلانات بشكل دائم.
- قد تتم إزالة سجلات المهارات والإنجازات بشكل دائم.
- قد لا تكون معلومات الحساب المحذوفة قابلة للاسترجاع.
- قد تحتاج إلى إزالة البيانات المخزنة محليًا على جهازك بشكل منفصل.
