Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Russian4Arab. By downloading, accessing, using the application, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to the Russian4Arab Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use Russian4Arab.
1. About Russian4Arab
Russian4Arab is primarily an educational application designed to help Arabic-speaking users learn Russian and access educational and informational content.
Features may include Russian-language lessons, audio and pronunciation materials, flashcards, quizzes and learning activities, learning levels and skills, points and achievements, rewards and content unlocks, general information about life and study in Russia, general health and pharmacy information, medical and pharmacy vocabulary, food, recipes and meal-planning tools, and other educational or organizational tools.
The availability, design, content, and functionality of features may change over time.
2. Accounts
Some features may require a Russian4Arab account. When creating or using an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, not impersonate another person, and not misuse another person’s account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Educational Content
Russian4Arab provides language-learning and informational materials for general educational purposes. Although we aim to make content useful and accurate, educational material may contain errors, become outdated, or differ from real-world usage. When information is important for a legal, financial, immigration, academic, safety, health, or other significant decision, you should confirm it with an appropriate official or professional source.
3.1 Smart Tutor and Automated Learning Tools
The Russian4Arab Smart Tutor and related language tools are educational assistance features. Answers may be generated or retrieved from course data, lesson articles, rules, stored question records, or automated processing, and may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or require human review. You should verify important information against the original lesson or an appropriate authoritative source. If you choose to submit a manual-answer request, the contact information you provide is used to review and respond to that request.
4. Health, Medical, Pharmacy, and Nutrition Information
Russian4Arab may provide general educational information about healthcare, clinics, pharmacies, medical vocabulary, food, nutrition, recipes, and meal planning. This content is for general educational and informational purposes only. Russian4Arab is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe medication, determine medication dosages, provide medical treatment, or replace a qualified healthcare professional.
5. User-Created Meals and Local Content
Some features may allow you to create or save content such as recipes, ingredients, cooking instructions, meals, meal plans, and shopping selections. You remain responsible for information you enter into these features. Some information may be stored only on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the application, clear its storage, reset your device, or otherwise remove locally stored application data.
6. Points, Rewards, Achievements, and Virtual Benefits
Russian4Arab may use points, rewards, achievements, educational unlocks, and similar virtual features. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn as money, are not cryptocurrency, stored monetary value, or a financial account, and may be used only within Russian4Arab for eligible learning activities or functionality. We may adjust feature point requirements, reward amounts, balancing, or related mechanics where reasonably necessary, and may correct points or rewards resulting from fraud, technical errors, duplicate processing, manipulation, or abuse.
7. Access Entitlements and Account Benefits
Some educational levels, features, or account benefits may require an access entitlement associated with your Russian4Arab account. An entitlement may grant access to protected educational content or an account benefit such as an Ad-Free experience for a specific duration or permanently.
The Russian4Arab Android application does not offer checkout, sell digital account benefits, or process payment transactions inside the application. The Android application may recognize entitlements or benefits that are already associated with the signed-in account and make the corresponding content or account experience available.
Account benefits may also be granted without payment, for example through promotions, giveaways, support adjustments, or other eligibility rules. A free promotional or giveaway benefit does not represent an in-app purchase.
If an entitlement is linked to an external transaction managed outside the Android application, its validity may depend on the status of that transaction. Access may be withheld, suspended, or revoked if the associated entitlement is invalidated, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise no longer valid, subject to applicable law and the terms of the service where the external transaction occurred.
8. Advertising
Russian4Arab may display advertising, including banner advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements. Rewarded advertisements are optional. Advertising availability may depend on region, device, internet connection, advertising inventory, privacy choices, and third-party advertising services. Some accounts may have an active Ad-Free benefit; eligibility is associated with the account and may expire according to its configured duration.
9. Third-Party Services and External Content
Russian4Arab may interact with or provide links to services such as Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google AdMob, WordPress, Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, maps, websites, video providers, authentication providers, WooCommerce websites, payment providers, and official information sources. Third-party services operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability rules, and content.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate applicable law, gain unauthorized access to accounts/systems/servers/data, circumvent application security mechanisms, manipulate advertisements/rewards/points/entitlements, exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unauthorized benefit, distribute malware or harmful code, interfere with normal operation, use bots/scripts/automation to abuse functionality, fraudulently obtain virtual points/rewards/unlocks/account benefits, impersonate another person, or infringe intellectual-property or other legal rights.
11. Intellectual Property
The Russian4Arab application, software, design, branding, original graphics, original educational materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to the Russian4Arab operator, except for third-party material identified as belonging to others. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Russian4Arab for its intended personal and educational purposes.
12. Account Suspension and Deletion
You may delete your account using the account-deletion options provided by Russian4Arab. Account deletion may permanently remove online information and account benefits such as learning progress, points and rewards, achievements and unlocks, saved learning items, skill-access records, level-access entitlements, Ad-Free benefits, and other account-linked information.
External commercial records such as orders, invoices, payment confirmations, fraud-prevention records, or legally required accounting records may remain on the website where a purchase was made where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, serious security risks, repeated violations of these Terms, or applicable legal requirements.
13. Availability and Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, improve, replace, temporarily suspend, or discontinue parts of Russian4Arab. Features may change because of technical requirements, security needs, changes to third-party services, platform requirements, legal requirements, or product-development decisions. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain permanently available or function on every device, operating-system version, country, or network.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Russian4Arab is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, every feature will always be available, the application will be entirely free from bugs or technical errors, or every educational or informational item will always be completely accurate or current.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Russian4Arab operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to use the service where such liability may legally be limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for decisions made based on general educational or informational content, particularly where professional or official advice is appropriate.
16. Privacy
Your use of Russian4Arab is also governed by the Russian4Arab Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Russian4Arab, new functionality, legal requirements, platform requirements, security needs, or operational changes. When these Terms are updated, the Last updated date will be changed.
18. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, subject to mandatory legal rights that may apply based on your country of residence or use of the service. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that cannot legally be waived or limited.

الشروط والأحكام
تنظم هذه الشروط والأحكام (“الشروط”) استخدامك لتطبيق Russian4Arab. بتنزيل التطبيق أو الوصول إليه أو استخدامه أو إنشاء حساب، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة خصوصية Russian4Arab. إذا لم توافق، فيجب عليك عدم استخدام Russian4Arab.
1. حول Russian4Arab
Russian4Arab هو أساسًا تطبيق تعليمي مصمم لمساعدة الناطقين بالعربية على تعلم اللغة الروسية والوصول إلى محتوى تعليمي ومعلوماتي.
قد تشمل المزايا دروس اللغة الروسية ومواد الصوت والنطق والبطاقات التعليمية والاختبارات والأنشطة التعليمية ومستويات ومهارات التعلّم والنقاط والإنجازات والمكافآت وفتح المحتوى ومعلومات عامة عن الحياة والدراسة في روسيا ومعلومات عامة عن الصحة والصيدلة ومفردات طبية وصيدلية وأدوات الطعام والوصفات وتخطيط الوجبات وغيرها من الأدوات التعليمية أو التنظيمية.
قد تتغير إتاحة المزايا وتصميمها ومحتواها ووظائفها بمرور الوقت.
2. الحسابات
قد تتطلب بعض المزايا حساب Russian4Arab. عند إنشاء الحساب أو استخدامه فإنك توافق على تقديم معلومات صحيحة والحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول وعدم انتحال شخصية شخص آخر وعدم إساءة استخدام حساب شخص آخر. وتتحمل مسؤولية النشاط الذي يتم من خلال حسابك بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون المطبق.
3. المحتوى التعليمي
يوفر Russian4Arab مواد لتعلّم اللغة ومعلومات عامة لأغراض تعليمية. ورغم سعينا إلى جعل المحتوى مفيدًا ودقيقًا، فقد يحتوي المحتوى التعليمي على أخطاء أو يصبح قديمًا أو يختلف عن الاستخدام الواقعي. عندما تكون المعلومة مهمة لقرار قانوني أو مالي أو متعلق بالهجرة أو الدراسة أو السلامة أو الصحة أو أي قرار مهم آخر، يجب تأكيدها من مصدر رسمي أو متخصص مناسب.
3.1 المعلم الذكي وأدوات التعلّم الآلية
المعلم الذكي في Russian4Arab والأدوات اللغوية المرتبطة به هي وسائل مساعدة تعليمية. قد يتم إنشاء الإجابات أو استرجاعها من بيانات الدورة ومقالات الدروس والقواعد وسجلات الأسئلة أو عبر معالجة آلية، وقد تكون بعض الإجابات أحيانًا غير مكتملة أو غير دقيقة أو تحتاج إلى مراجعة بشرية. يجب التحقق من المعلومات المهمة بالرجوع إلى الدرس الأصلي أو مصدر موثوق مناسب. وإذا اخترت إرسال طلب إجابة يدوية، فتُستخدم بيانات التواصل التي تقدمها لمراجعة الطلب والرد عليه.
4. المعلومات الصحية والطبية والصيدلية والتغذوية
قد يقدم Russian4Arab معلومات تعليمية عامة عن الرعاية الصحية والعيادات والصيدليات والمفردات الطبية والطعام والتغذية والوصفات وتخطيط الوجبات. هذا المحتوى لأغراض تعليمية ومعلوماتية عامة فقط. Russian4Arab ليس جهازًا طبيًا ولا يقدم تشخيصًا طبيًا ولا يصف الأدوية ولا يحدد الجرعات ولا يقدم علاجًا طبيًا ولا يحل محل مختص صحي مؤهل.
5. الوجبات والمحتوى المحلي الذي ينشئه المستخدم
قد تسمح بعض المزايا بإنشاء أو حفظ محتوى مثل الوصفات والمكونات وتعليمات الطبخ والوجبات وخطط الوجبات واختيارات التسوق. وتبقى مسؤولًا عن المعلومات التي تدخلها في هذه المزايا. وقد يتم تخزين بعض المعلومات على جهازك فقط، وقد تضيع إذا ألغيت تثبيت التطبيق أو مسحت بياناته أو أعدت ضبط جهازك أو أزلت البيانات المحلية بأي طريقة أخرى.
6. النقاط والمكافآت والإنجازات والمزايا الافتراضية
قد يستخدم Russian4Arab نقاطًا ومكافآت وإنجازات وعمليات فتح تعليمية ومزايا افتراضية مشابهة. ما لم يُذكر صراحة خلاف ذلك، فليس لهذه المزايا قيمة نقدية ولا يمكن سحبها كأموال وليست عملة رقمية أو قيمة مالية مخزنة أو حسابًا ماليًا، ويمكن استخدامها فقط داخل Russian4Arab للأنشطة أو الوظائف التعليمية المؤهلة. ويجوز لنا تعديل متطلبات النقاط أو قيم المكافآت أو موازنة هذه المزايا عند الحاجة المعقولة، كما يجوز تصحيح النقاط أو المكافآت الناتجة عن الاحتيال أو الأخطاء التقنية أو المعالجة المكررة أو التلاعب أو الإساءة.
7. صلاحيات الوصول ومزايا الحساب
قد تتطلب بعض المستويات أو المزايا التعليمية أو مزايا الحساب صلاحية وصول مرتبطة بحساب Russian4Arab. وقد تمنح هذه الصلاحية وصولًا إلى محتوى تعليمي محمي أو ميزة حساب مثل تجربة استخدام بدون إعلانات لمدة محددة أو بشكل دائم.
لا يوفر تطبيق Russian4Arab على Android صفحة شراء أو يبيع مزايا رقمية أو يعالج عمليات الدفع من داخل التطبيق. وقد يتعرف تطبيق Android على الصلاحيات أو المزايا المرتبطة مسبقًا بالحساب المسجل دخوله ويتيح المحتوى أو تجربة الحساب المقابلة لها.
وقد تُمنح بعض مزايا الحساب مجانًا، مثل العروض الترويجية أو جوائز المسابقات أو تعديلات الدعم أو قواعد أهلية أخرى. ولا تمثل الميزة المجانية الممنوحة في عرض أو مسابقة عملية شراء داخل التطبيق.
إذا كانت صلاحية ما مرتبطة بمعاملة خارجية تتم إدارتها خارج تطبيق Android، فقد تعتمد صلاحيتها على حالة تلك المعاملة. ويمكن حجب أو تعليق أو سحب الوصول إذا أصبحت الصلاحية المرتبطة غير صالحة أو تم استرجاع المعاملة أو عكسها أو ثبت أنها احتيالية أو لم تعد صالحة لأي سبب آخر، مع مراعاة القانون المطبق وشروط الخدمة التي تمت من خلالها المعاملة الخارجية.
8. الإعلانات
قد يعرض Russian4Arab إعلانات، بما في ذلك إعلانات بانر وإعلانات اختيارية بمكافأة. الإعلانات بمكافأة اختيارية. وقد تعتمد الإعلانات على المنطقة والجهاز والاتصال بالإنترنت ومخزون الإعلانات وخيارات الخصوصية وخدمات الإعلانات الخارجية. وقد تحتوي بعض الحسابات على ميزة إزالة الإعلانات؛ وترتبط الأهلية بالحساب وقد تنتهي وفق المدة المحددة.
9. خدمات الطرف الثالث والمحتوى الخارجي
قد يتفاعل Russian4Arab مع خدمات أو يقدم روابط إلى خدمات مثل Google Firebase وGoogle Sign-In وGoogle AdMob وWordPress وGoogle Apps Script وGoogle Sheets والخرائط والمواقع ومزودي الفيديو والمصادقة ومواقع WooCommerce ومزودي الدفع والمصادر الرسمية للمعلومات. تعمل خدمات الطرف الثالث بشكل مستقل وقد يكون لها شروط وسياسات خصوصية وقواعد توفر ومحتوى خاصة بها.
10. الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على عدم مخالفة القانون، أو الوصول غير المصرح به إلى الحسابات أو الأنظمة أو الخوادم أو البيانات، أو تجاوز آليات أمان التطبيق، أو التلاعب بالإعلانات أو المكافآت أو النقاط أو الصلاحيات، أو استغلال الأخطاء أو الثغرات للحصول على منفعة غير مصرح بها، أو توزيع برمجيات ضارة، أو تعطيل التشغيل الطبيعي، أو استخدام الروبوتات أو السكربتات أو الأتمتة لإساءة استخدام الوظائف، أو الحصول احتياليًا على النقاط أو المكافآت أو عمليات الفتح أو مزايا الحساب، أو انتحال شخصية شخص آخر، أو انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو الحقوق القانونية الأخرى.
11. الملكية الفكرية
تعود ملكية تطبيق Russian4Arab والبرمجيات والتصميم والعلامة التجارية والرسومات الأصلية والمواد التعليمية الأصلية وغيرها من المحتوى الأصلي إلى مشغّل Russian4Arab أو تكون مرخصة له، باستثناء المواد التابعة لأطراف ثالثة والمحددة على هذا الأساس. وبموجب هذه الشروط تحصل على ترخيص محدود وشخصي وقابل للإلغاء وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام Russian4Arab لأغراضه الشخصية والتعليمية المقصودة.
12. تعليق الحساب وحذفه
يمكنك حذف حسابك باستخدام خيارات حذف الحساب التي يوفرها Russian4Arab. وقد يؤدي حذف الحساب إلى إزالة دائمة للمعلومات الإلكترونية ومزايا الحساب مثل تقدم التعلّم والنقاط والمكافآت والإنجازات وعمليات الفتح والعناصر المحفوظة وسجلات المهارات وصلاحيات المستويات ومزايا إزالة الإعلانات وغيرها من المعلومات المرتبطة بالحساب.
قد تبقى السجلات التجارية الخارجية مثل الطلبات والفواتير وتأكيدات الدفع وسجلات منع الاحتيال أو السجلات المحاسبية المطلوبة قانونيًا على الموقع الذي تمت فيه عملية الشراء إذا كان الاحتفاظ بها مطلوبًا بالقانون أو ضروريًا بشكل معقول لأغراض قانونية أو محاسبية أو أمنية أو لمنع الاحتيال.
يجوز لنا تقييد أو تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول عند الحاجة المعقولة بسبب الاحتيال أو الإساءة أو المخاطر الأمنية الجسيمة أو الانتهاكات المتكررة لهذه الشروط أو المتطلبات القانونية المطبقة.
13. توفر الخدمة والتغييرات عليها
يجوز لنا تحديث Russian4Arab أو تعديله أو تحسينه أو استبداله أو تعليقه مؤقتًا أو إيقاف أجزاء منه. وقد تتغير المزايا بسبب المتطلبات التقنية أو الأمنية أو تغييرات خدمات الطرف الثالث أو متطلبات المنصات أو المتطلبات القانونية أو قرارات تطوير المنتج. ولا نضمن بقاء كل ميزة متاحة بشكل دائم أو عملها على كل جهاز أو إصدار نظام تشغيل أو بلد أو شبكة.
14. إخلاء المسؤولية عن الضمانات
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، يتم توفير Russian4Arab على أساس “كما هو” و”حسب التوفر”. ولا نضمن أن تكون الخدمة دون انقطاع دائمًا أو أن تكون كل المزايا متاحة دائمًا أو أن يكون التطبيق خاليًا تمامًا من الأخطاء التقنية أو أن تكون كل مادة تعليمية أو معلوماتية دقيقة وحديثة بشكل كامل في كل الأوقات.
15. حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يكون مشغّل Russian4Arab مسؤولًا عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو الخاصة أو التبعية الناشئة فقط عن استخدام الخدمة أو عدم القدرة على استخدامها حيث يجوز قانونًا تقييد هذه المسؤولية. ولا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي ضمانات أو حقوق لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا. وتبقى مسؤولًا عن القرارات المبنية على المحتوى التعليمي أو المعلوماتي العام، خاصة عندما تكون الاستشارة الرسمية أو المهنية مناسبة.
16. الخصوصية
يخضع استخدامك لـRussian4Arab كذلك لسياسة الخصوصية التي توضح كيفية جمع المعلومات واستخدامها وتخزينها ومشاركتها وحمايتها.
17. التغييرات على هذه الشروط
يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط لتعكس تغييرات Russian4Arab أو الوظائف الجديدة أو المتطلبات القانونية أو متطلبات المنصات أو الاحتياجات الأمنية أو التغييرات التشغيلية. وعند تحديث الشروط سيتم تغيير تاريخ آخر تحديث.
18. القانون الحاكم وحقوق المستهلك
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المغرب، مع مراعاة أي حقوق قانونية إلزامية قد تنطبق بناءً على بلد إقامتك أو استخدامك للخدمة. ولا تهدف هذه الشروط إلى حرمان المستهلك من أي حماية إلزامية لا يجوز التنازل عنها أو تقييدها قانونًا.
19. التواصل
