To help us investigate your issue, please include, where relevant:
- Your account email and User ID, if available.
- App version.
- Device model.
- Android version.
- A clear description of the problem.
- Steps that reproduce the issue.
- A screenshot or screen recording where useful.
- For purchase/access issues: the website used, order number, product name, and purchase email. Do not send payment-card or bank credentials.
Please do not include
- Your password.
- One-time verification codes.
- Authentication credentials.
- Full payment-card or bank credentials.
- Sensitive medical records or unnecessary health information.
- Unnecessary personal information in Smart Tutor questions.
Health and nutrition questions
Russian4Arab provides general educational information about health, pharmacies, food, nutrition, and meal planning. Support cannot provide medical diagnosis, treatment, medication dosage advice, or personalized therapeutic dietary advice. For individual medical concerns, contact an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. For emergencies, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
Protect your account
We will never ask you to send us your password, one-time verification codes, authentication credentials, or full payment credentials. Do not send these details to anyone.
Smart Tutor privacy
Smart Tutor questions may be stored in Russian4Arab’s WordPress Tutor system and synchronized to Google Sheets through Google Apps Script while automatic synchronization is enabled. If you submit a manual-answer request, the email address you provide is used to review and respond to that request. Please avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information in Tutor questions.
Account deletion
To request deletion of your Russian4Arab account and associated online data, use our dedicated Account & Data Deletion page. You can use that page even if Russian4Arab is no longer installed on your device.

استفسارات الصحة والتغذية
يقدم Russian4Arab معلومات تعليمية عامة عن الصحة والصيدليات والطعام والتغذية وتخطيط الوجبات. ولا يستطيع فريق الدعم تقديم تشخيص طبي أو علاج أو نصائح لجرعات الأدوية أو نظام علاجي غذائي شخصي. للاستفسارات الطبية الفردية تواصل مع مختص صحي مؤهل، وفي حالات الطوارئ تواصل مع خدمة الطوارئ المحلية المناسبة.
حماية حسابك
لن نطلب منك أبدًا إرسال كلمة المرور أو رمز التحقق لمرة واحدة أو بيانات المصادقة أو بيانات الدفع الكاملة. لا ترسل هذه البيانات لأي شخص.
خصوصية المعلم الذكي
قد تُخزن أسئلة المعلم الذكي في نظام Russian4Arab Tutor المبني على WordPress وتتم مزامنتها إلى Google Sheets عبر Google Apps Script ما دامت المزامنة التلقائية مفعلة. وإذا أرسلت طلب إجابة يدوية، فيُستخدم البريد الإلكتروني الذي تقدمه لمراجعة الطلب والرد عليه. يرجى تجنب إدخال معلومات شخصية أو حساسة غير ضرورية داخل أسئلة المعلم الذكي.
حذف الحساب
لطلب حذف حساب Russian4Arab والبيانات الإلكترونية المرتبطة به، استخدم صفحة حذف الحساب والبيانات. ويمكنك استخدام هذه الصفحة حتى إذا لم يعد Russian4Arab مثبتًا على جهازك.
